• This establishment no longer meets the standards it once upheld. My Nissan Pulsar has been serviced here for the past three years, and my recent visit revealed a significant decline in service quality. The staff appears to lack the necessary expertise, and the caliber of their work has demonstrably deteriorated.
  
  During my last visit, a new battery was installed, but the fittings were left loose, leading to a roadside malfunction. Upon returning the vehicle, the issue was purportedly resolved, yet the problem persisted. A third visit was required, at which point the newly installed battery was deemed faulty, and another replacement was provided. However, this did not rectify the underlying issue; my vehicle continued to experience starting problems. The technicians focused solely on the battery, neglecting to inspect the starter motor or spark plugs.
  
  Subsequently, a representative informed my partner that the vehicle could not be repaired and that she would need to address the issue independently. It is important to note that my vehicle was operating without issue prior to this service, and these problems only manifested after their intervention. I am profoundly dissatisfied with the service received and strongly advise against utilizing this facility. My vehicle has been significantly compromised as a result of their actions.

• My partner and I were travelling through Adelaide when the air conditioning broke on our car and it was a 35 degree day. We called these guys and they were able to see us immediately and quickly figured out what was going on. They were also able to fit us in for a service on the car and we got our car back the following day. Really happy with the service and if we were ever back in Adelaide with a car problem would definitely come back here.

• Excellent service. The mechanic was able to fit me in as soon as I called. My car was running very poorly. Ignition coil was replaced, and my car is now running perfect. Very efficient and effective repair work. Fantastic communication and level of service.
